Selling a place in Korea — do Dubai residents like me pay more tax?
I've been out in Dubai for two years and I'm now looking to sell an apartment I've owned in Korea for a long time. I heard the capital gains tax calculation differs depending on whether you're a resident or a non-resident, and I'm curious what exactly changes.
