Could someone lay out how end-of-service pay is calculated?
My kids are in 4th grade and 1st grade, so to line up the school transfer timing I have to decide when to leave my company — but I can't remember exactly how the end-of-service payment is calculated. People around me are split on whether it's basic salary or total salary, so nothing adds up. Before I ask the company directly, could someone lay it out for me?

퇴직금 계산 기준 정리 좀 부탁드립니다
아이가 초등학교 4학년, 1학년이라 전학 시기를 맞추려면 회사 퇴직 시점을 결정해야 하는데 퇴직금 산정 기준이 정확히 기억나지 않아서요.
주변에서 얼핏 기본급이냐 총급여냐 갈려서 정리가 안 됩니다.
