Housekeeper package vs hiring directly, which is better?
I haven't been living here long, I have two elementary-school kids and school is the top priority, so the housework keeps piling up. My parents come over from Korea to help and then go home, and they say it'd be better to have a housekeeper, but I don't really know how to go about it. Some people around me say it's better to bring someone in through a Tadbeer package, others say it's better to find someone yourself and just pay a salary, so it's split. I have to explain it to my parents around next month. Could anyone lay out the difference? Since it overlaps with the kids' school drop-off and pickup times, a live-out arrangement might be better than full time.

가사도우미 패키지 vs 개별 채용, 뭐가 나은가요?
거주한 지 얼마 안 됐는데 초등 아이 둘이 있고 학교가 1순위라 집안일이 자꾸 밀립니다.
부모님께서 한국에서 오셔서 도와주시다 가시는데, 가사도우미를 두는 게 낫겠다고 하시는데 방법을 잘 모르겠어요.
주변에서 Tadbeer 패키지로 데려오는 게 낫다는 말도 있고, 월급만 주고 직접 구하는 게 낫다는 말도 있어서 갈립니다.
다음 달쯤 부모님께 설명드려야 하는데, 차이를 정리해주실 분 계실까요?
아이들 학교 등하원 시간이랑 겹쳐서 풀타임보다는 출퇴근이 나을지도 모르겠습니다.
