Once I'm in Dubai I become a non-resident — what happens to tax if I sell my place in Korea?
I'm relocating to Dubai and I heard that once you become a non-resident, the tax treatment changes when you sell an apartment you own in Korea. I have no sense of what exactly changes. I'm also curious what happens with deposit interest.
