Anyone had trouble with their company during the resignation process in Dubai?
My resignation process at my current company is getting tangled for various reasons, I heard they're going to split my final pay in some odd way, and I have no idea where to file a complaint if there's a problem. While I'm at it, I'm also curious what happens with things like Korean national pension while you're out in Dubai.

두바이에서 퇴사 절차 밟다가 회사랑 트러블 생기신분
다니던 회사에서 이런저런 이유로 퇴사 절차가 꼬이고 있는데 월급 정산도 이상하게 나눠서 준다는 얘기를 들었고, 문제 생기면 어디에 제소해야하는지도 감이 안 잡혀요. 이참에 국민연금 같은것도 두바이 나가있으면 어떻게 되는지 같이 궁금해서 여쭤봅니다.
