Anyone who's signed a studio lease in Dubai??
An acquaintance moved out before me and told me various things when I said I was looking at studios. But what they said about the deposit and the service charges doesn't line up, so I'm curious. For those who've actually signed a studio lease in Dubai, what's the scene like these days?
