How much should I budget for purchase-related fees?
I'm looking at buying for the first time and I have absolutely no sense of how much gets added on top of the price of the place. I hear there's registration, commission, all sorts — does anyone know roughly how much extra I need to have ready?

안녕하세요! 이번에 처음으로 집 매매를 알아보는 중인데, 집값 외 부대비용이 얼마나 붙을지 감이 안 잡혀서 고민이 많습니다.
이게 지금 제가 보고 온 곳 중 한 군데인데, 거울에 제가 사진 찍는 모습이 비쳤네요. 등기나 수수료 같은 이것저것 추가 비용이 있다는데, 대충이라도 얼마 정도를 더 준비해야 할지 아시는 분 계실까요?
