Came to Dubai on a work visa, had no idea labor standards were this different
I changed jobs and moved to Dubai not long ago, and the way you handle overtime or disputes is really different from Korea, so I'm confused. I'm wondering whether I can just trust the company's internal rules, or whether there are statutory standards I need to look up separately. I'm also curious about the Korean-side procedures like suspending/reinstating national health insurance.

두바이 취업비자로 왔는데 근로기준 이렇게 다른줄 몰랐음
이직해서 두바이로 온지 얼마 안 됐는데 초과근무나 분쟁 생겼을때 대응방법이 한국이랑 많이 달라서 헷갈립니다.
회사 내규만 믿어도 되는건지 아니면 따로 알아봐야하는 법정 기준이 있는건지 궁금해서 여쭤봅니다.
건강보험 정지·해제 같은 한국쪽 절차도 같이 궁금합니다.
