Is it normal for rent to go up like this at every renewal?
I'm on a one-year contract and now that renewal time has come around the landlord says they're raising the rent, which threw me. Is this just how it goes every year for everyone, or is there room to negotiate? Would appreciate input from people with experience.

임대 계약 갱신할때마다 이렇게 오르는게 정상인가요
1년 계약 살고 있는데 갱신 시점 되니까 집주인이 임대료를 올리겠다고 해서 당황스럽습니다. 원래 다들 이런 식으로 매년 오르는 건지, 협상 여지가 있는 건지 경험 있으신 분들 의견 부탁드립니다.
