Wow, the house-hunting scene here is different from Korea
The company only covers part of the housing costs, so I'm getting a feel for the Dubai property scene in advance. I haven't been there yet, but from friends' photos the feel varies hugely from community to community and I'm torn. My spouse is coming with me — would somewhere with good community facilities be better than somewhere close to work?

회사에서 주거비를 일부만 지원해준다고 해서 미리 두바이 부동산 분위기를 좀 알아보고 있는데요.
아직 가보진 않았지만 지인들 사진 보니까 단지마다 분위기가 천차만별인 것 같아서 고민이 됩니다.
배우자랑 같이 가는데, 출퇴근 거리보다 커뮤니티 시설이 좋은 곳이 나을까요?
