In Dubai, do you normally get extra pay for working a weekend?
I got called in urgently this weekend and went, but the company hasn't said anything about it. Is it the rule in cases like this to give time off in lieu or extra pay? I'm pregnant and physically struggling as it is, so it's frustrating to have to worry about this too.

두바이서 주말에 출근하면 원래 수당 따로 주나요
이번 주말에 급하게 출근하라고 해서 나갔는데 회사에서 별다른 얘기가 없어서요. 원래 이런 경우 대체휴무를 주거나 수당을 더 주는 게 규정인지 궁금합니다. 임신 중이라 몸도 힘든데 이런 부분까지 신경써야 하나 싶어서 여쭤봅니다.
