Anyone who timed the move around their kid's school year??
I got a job offer and the package includes family visa support. My kid is in the upper grades of elementary school so I want to relocate in line with the start of term, but the company wants me to join right away. I'd like to hear how you lined up your move-in date with your kid's term, and how long the visa processing actually takes. Would it be okay to ask the company to adjust my start date?
