Did you all get a valuation when buying a place?
I'm buying a home in Dubai for the first time and I heard you need a separate valuation to get a bank loan. I have no sense of how much it costs, or whether the buyer is the one who has to arrange it.

이번에 두바이에서 처음 집을 매입하려고 하는데 은행 대출 받으려면 감정평가를 따로 받아야 한다고 들었습니다. 비용이 얼마나 드는지, 매수자가 직접 알아봐야 하는건지 감이 안 잡혀요.
