Is exchanging a driver's license in Dubai different now from last year?
I'm asking because I have to explain this to my parents. A friend who was preparing to study abroad last year told me about exchanging a driver's license, and I'm curious whether the procedure or the situation has changed since. If anyone has done it recently, I'd be grateful to hear how it felt.
