Having lived in both Marina and Downtown, which is better?
My contract just ended and I'm looking for my next place, with both Marina and Downtown on the shortlist. I have to weigh the commute and general convenience, so I'd like to hear from people who've actually lived there.

마리나랑 다운타운 살아보니 어디가 나음
이번에 계약 끝나서 다음 집을 알아보고 있는데 마리나 쪽이랑 다운타운 쪽 둘 다 후보로 두고 있습니다.
이게 지금 보고 있는 집들 중 한 곳인데, 사진처럼 이런 멋진 수영장 딸린 곳들이 괜찮더라고요. 출퇴근이랑 생활 편의성 다 고려해야 해서 실제로 두 지역에서 살아보신 분들 얘기가 정말 궁금합니다.
