Anyone handled a mainland professional license themselves??
Hi. I'm in my mid-40s, winding down a business in Korea and looking at moving my assets to Dubai. I received a draft contract regarding a mainland license and some items seem to be missing, hence the question. People around me are split — some say free zone is better, some say mainland — so if anyone has actually gone through setting up on the mainland, I'd appreciate your advice. Thanks.

40대 중반, 한국에서 사업을 정리하고 두바이로 자산 이전을 검토 중입니다.
본토 라이선스 관련해서 계약서 초안을 받았는데 일부 항목이 안 보여서 질문드립니다.
주변에서 프리존이 낫다, 본토가 낫다 말이 갈리는데 실제로 본토 설립을 진행해보신 분들 계시면 조언 부탁드립니다.
