Do you absolutely need that TC when transferring schools mid-year?
My kid is transferring into third grade and I heard we need to get a transfer certificate from the previous school. I haven't requested it from the old school yet, so I'm worried. I'm wondering whether enrollment is flat-out impossible without it.

학기 중에 전학하면 TC 그거 꼭 있어야 하나요
이번에 아이가 3학년으로 편입하는데 이전 학교에서 전출증명서를 받아야 한다는 얘기를 들었습니다.
아직 이전 학교에 요청을 못 한 상태라 걱정입니다.
없으면 아예 입학이 안 되는 건지 궁금합니다.
