Starting a company here after living as an expat employee — is that a good idea?
I worked at a company in Korea and now I want to set up a company here, but the structure is so different from Korea that I can't get a handle on it. I've been here as an expat employee for a while and the family is settled, so now I'm thinking of doing my own business. But setting up a company here is unfamiliar to a degree that doesn't even compare with Korea. I'd appreciate the experience or judgment of those who've gone before me.

주재원으로 살다가 여기서 회사 세우는 거, 괜찮을까요?
한국에서 직장 다니다가 이곳에서 법인 내려고 하는데, 한국이랑 구조가 너무 달라서 감이 안 잡힙니다.
주재원으로 온 지 좀 되었고 가족도 안정됐는데 이제 개인 사업을 해볼까 해요.
그런데 여기 회사 세우는 게 한국이랑 비교가 안 될 정도로 생소하네요.
선배님들 경험담이나 판단 좀 부탁드립니다.
