Does anyone actually buy in Dubai with a mortgage?
I heard there's no jeonse (Korean lump-sum lease deposit) concept here so I only considered renting, but apparently some people around me buy with a mortgage. I've heard foreigners can get bank loans too, but I have no sense of the process.

두바이에서 대출 끼고 집 사는 거 실제로 하는 사람 있나요
전세 개념이 없다길래 렌트만 생각했는데 주변에서 모기지로 매입하는 사람도 있다고 해서요.
외국인도 은행 대출이 나온다는 얘기는 들었는데 절차가 감이 안 잡혀요.
