Ran the numbers on rent quotes and got a bit of a shock
Been in Dubai 3 months and got two quotes while looking for a place?? One is insanely expensive and the other is way cheaper, and the gap is so big my head's spinning. Is that normal?? I don't know which one to use as my benchmark. A little help please.

월세 견적 계산해보고 좀 놀랐습니다
두바이 온 지 3개월 됐는데 집 구하려고 견적 두 군데 받았거든?? 한 곳은 ㅈㄴ 비싸고 다른 곳은 훨 싸고 차이가 너무 커서 멘붕 원래 이런 거야?? 어디 기준으로 잡아야 할지 모르겠음 도움 좀
