I've been told I'm being made redundant — how do I get my unpaid wages?
My company suddenly told me I'm being made redundant, and I still haven't received last month's salary or this month's pro-rated amount. They say the company will handle the visa cancellation, but I have no idea how I'm supposed to get the money I'm owed, and I'm also curious how long it takes if it has to go to litigation.

회사에서 정리해고 통보받았는데 밀린 월급은 어떻게 받나요
얼마전에 다니던 회사에서 갑자기 정리해고 통보를 받았는데 지난달 월급이랑 이번달 일할 계산분을 아직 못 받았어요.
비자 취소는 회사가 알아서 해준다고 하는데 그동안 밀린 돈은 어떻게 받아야 하는지 감이 안잡히고, 혹시 소송까지 가야하면 시간이 얼마나 걸리는지도 궁금합니다.
