Is the Dubai commercial rental scene different now compared to last year
I'm looking into opening a small shop or office in Dubai. Listening to the agents, some say the scene now is very different from last year, and honestly there's no comparing it to Korea so I have no feel for it. I'm curious what the rental market is like these days.
