Is it true end-of-service pay doubles once you hit 5 years in Dubai?
I'm torn between staying on a fixed-term contract or aiming for a permanent conversion, and people around me say the end-of-service pay calculation changes at the 5-year mark. I also vaguely heard there's something like unemployment benefits, but I don't know exactly what it is, so I'm asking. What should I check so I don't lose out when changing companies?
