What do you do if the landlord suddenly asks for a big increase at renewal?
My renewal is coming up and it looks like the landlord wants to raise the rent a lot. I don't know whether it's negotiable or whether I just have to accept it, so I'm asking. I'd like to stay where I am but the cost is getting heavy

월세 계약 갱신할때 집주인이 갑자기 올려달라하면 어떻게 하나요
이번에 계약 갱신 시기가 다가오는데 집주인쪽에서 임대료를 많이 올리고 싶어하는 눈치예요 협상이 가능한건지 아니면 그냥 받아들여야 하는건지 몰라서 여쭤봅니다 지금 사는 곳 계속 살고 싶긴 한데 부담이 커서요
