My shipment reached Dubai — why is customs taking so long?
The household goods I shipped by sea last month supposedly arrived at the port in Dubai, but clearance keeps dragging on. When I ask the company they just repeat that the documents are under review, which is frustrating. Did it take this long for everyone else?

이사짐 두바이 도착했는데 통관 왜 이리 오래 걸려요
지난달에 배편으로 부친 이삿짐이 두바이 항구에 도착했다고는 하는데 통관이 계속 늦어지고 있어요. 업체에 물어봐도 서류 검토 중이라는 말만 반복해서 답답합니다. 다들 이 정도로 오래 걸렸나요.
