Winding up a company — what's the order of steps?
The business isn't going as well as I hoped so I want to wind up the company, but I have employees and visas tied to it and I'm confused about the order. Does anyone with experience know what has to be handled first?

법인 정리하려는데 순서가 어떻게 되나요
사업이 생각만큼 안돼서 법인을 정리하려고 하는데 직원도 있고 비자도 걸려있어서 순서가 헷갈려요.
