Could someone lay out how home cleaning works in Dubai?

I'm an office worker in my forties preparing to settle in Dubai with my family. I'm in the middle of looking at moving assets over, so I'd like to understand the cleaning norms before signing on a place. It's so different from the cleaning services and housekeeper setup I was used to in Korea that I can't make sense of it. I'd be grateful if someone could write up in Korean how much a pre-move-in clean covers, how people who use a service regularly set up their contract, and what the extra cost items are.
