End-of-service pay is 30 days' worth?? unreal lol
I have to set a budget first while preparing to study abroad, so I'm looking into things. I don't know the exact rules for how end-of-service pay is calculated if you work in Dubai and then quit. I need something concrete to explain to my parents, so I'm asking. Even a short answer would be appreciated.
